WHAT HAPPENS TO MY EXISTING APPOINTMENT?
All upcoming appointments will be automatically cancelled. We will add you to the Priority List, and will contact you to rebook as soon as we have a reopening date. Deposits and Pre-paid appointments will be held on our system for you to use at your next visit - we are unable to provide refunds for these.
CAN I BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT NOW?
Because we don't yet know a date we are allowed to reopen, we have set up an Appointment Waiting List. We will be in touch as soon as we have a reopening date. You do not need to join the Waiting List if you already had an appointment booked with us on or after 04/01/21. Our Online and App booking will reopen once we have contacted clients on the Priority List and Waiting List.
20% FREE SALON CREDIT
To thank our regular clients, we are offering 20% Extra Free Salon Credit, which can be used at either Allertons Salon. We will credit your Allertons account, and the credit will pay for your future appointments until it runs out, with no expiry. This offer will only be available to buy from 04/01/21 until 2 weeks before we reopen, so Buy Online Now to avoid disappointment.
MY GIFT CARD IS EXPIRING SOON, WHAT CAN I DO?
All Allertons Gift Cards that were due to expire on or after January 4th 2021, will be extended by the length of time we are closed.
