WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Unfortunately, all appointments occuring from 22/3/20 will be cancelled. We are keeping ontop of all Government guidelines and announcements, and as soon as we know when we are reopening, we will update you.
CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT NOW FOR A FUTURE DATE?
We have set up an Appointment Waiting List. As soon as we know when we are reopening, we will be in touch and action your request. Our usual Online Booking system is currently turned off.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE DEPOSIT I HAVE ALREADY PAID?
If you have already paid a deposit for an upcoming appointment, this will be kept on your Allertons account to use at your next appointment - no deposits will be lost. At this time, as we do not have access to the salon, we are unable to provide deposit refunds.
I HAVE A GIFT CARD EXPIRING SOON, WHAT CAN I DO?
To support our clients, all Allertons Gift Cards that were due to expire in March, April, May or June 2020, will be extended until 30th September 2020.
