Combining the most advanced roasting techniques with the tradition and ritual that first emerged in the coffee bars of Italy, our coffee is a distinct and delicious unapologetically light roast - we believe that the best roasting practices preserve the unique flavours, aromas and textures of a coffee. Just like our Coffee, the upmost care and attention is given to everything we serve everyday. All Pastries are freshly baked on-site each morning, and wether you are eating in, taking away, or ordering online, all of our sweet and savoury food reflects the same quality and passion that we put into everything else we do.
