Throughout my 20 year career from Beauty Counters and Recruitment Agencies, my goal has always been to serve. I believe I have been successful in my roles because I have delivered a high level of engagement, and developed the ability to listen, to understand, and to show true empathy to Clients, Colleagues and Employees. It seemed appropriate to move into a sector that would allow me to continue to do that, and develop it further.
Having been in Hair and Beauty for over 8 years and expanding from one to four salons over that time (including a collaboration with John Lewis), I am now looking to expand Allertons nationally while also collaborating with the very best national and international brands to not only offer a great service, a great product and cutting-edge education, but to also offer an exclusive experience to guests, clients, partners and employees of Allertons.

We are committed to recruiting and working with the best people (including by introducing new people to the industry and giving them the support they need to flourish by giving them skills for life in this amazing industry) - this helps to ensure clients look and feel their very best - supporting staff though training and quality products to maximise their potential, allowing them and Allertons to maximise the client experience.
