- Once booked, the Free Appointment cannot be rescheduled or cancelled, otherwise you will be charged the full normal price.
- In the event of a no show, you will be charged the full normal price of the appointment.
- Courses of appointments have no cash or refund value.
- No NHS or Student Discount, or payment by Gift Card available on this day.
- If you book a discounted Hair Colour, Nanokeratin or Aesthetic Treatment, the appointment cannot be rescheduled without losing the discount.
