Terms
Terms apply to the Event:
- Packages of Appointments are non-refundable, and have no cash value once purchased
- The Bonus 3rd Free Appointment is only free when purchasing a package of appointments, otherwise it will be charged at its full normal price. Enjoying multiple free appointments requires the purchase of a matching number of appointment packages. In addition, the package(s) you buy must be for appointments of equal or greater value to the normal price of your Bonus free appointment
- If you book your Bonus 3rd Free Appointment, do not turn up, or do not cancel with more than 48 hours notice, you will be charged in full, at the normal full price rate
- Pre paid and pre booked appointments are non refundable, and cannot be moved to a later date or cancelled without forfeiting the amount paid
- Free gifts with purchase have no cash value and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Free gifts are subject to availability
